The simple terms behind every fixed-fare booking with us.
A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation on WhatsApp with the route, vehicle class, date, time and fare. The confirmed fare covers the named route, vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls. Extras requested later — additional stops, detours, waiting beyond the included allowance or extra hours — are quoted before they are incurred.
During Ramadan, Hajj and other peak periods, fares may include a seasonal supplement. Any supplement is included in your quote before confirmation and never added after a fare has been confirmed.
Airport pickups include waiting time calibrated to normal arrival processing, and flights are tracked so delays do not void a booking. For hotel pickups, the driver waits up to 30 minutes past the agreed time before the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Changes and cancellations requested with reasonable notice are accommodated without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full fare, at our discretion and always communicated fairly.
Guests are responsible for choosing a vehicle class that fits their party and luggage; capacities are published on every vehicle page. We are not liable for items left in vehicles, though we will always help reunite you with them where possible.
Arrival and journey times are estimates affected by traffic, road closures around the Haram areas and official restrictions during peak seasons. We plan conservatively and communicate delays as they arise. These terms were last updated in October 2026.
