We reply with the exact Saudi Riyal price for your vehicle class and confirm the booking in writing. No hidden charges, ever.
Your driver waits at the agreed point — name board at airports, hotel lobby elsewhere — helps with luggage and drives you straight there.
Umrah travel is not ordinary travel. You may be in Ihram, travelling with elderly parents, carrying Zamzam and a week's luggage, and working around five daily prayers. A generic taxi app does not understand any of that. We built UmrahRide VIP around exactly those realities.

An Umrah taxi is a private transfer service built around the pilgrim journey: drivers who know the Haram hotel zones, vehicles sized for families and luggage, meet-and-greet at pilgrim airports and fixed fares agreed before you travel. A regular street taxi is hailed on the day, negotiated on the spot and rarely planned around prayer times or Ihram.
Send us one WhatsApp message with your pickup point, destination, date and number of passengers. We reply with a fixed fare for the vehicle class you choose, confirm the booking in writing, and your driver's details follow before the trip. No app, no account, no card needed in advance.
Yes. The fare we confirm on WhatsApp is the fare you pay — it includes the vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls for the agreed route. During peak Ramadan and Hajj periods a seasonal supplement may apply, but it is always quoted and agreed with you before booking, never added afterwards.
Absolutely — most of our guests book from home, often right after booking flights. Pre-booking locks your vehicle class and fare, and means your driver is waiting at arrivals instead of you searching for transport after a long flight.
Many of our drivers speak Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and working English, and every booking is coordinated in English on WhatsApp. If language support matters for your parents travelling alone, tell us and we will assign a driver who matches.
We track your flight on all airport pickups, so the driver is there when you actually land. Included free waiting time covers the normal immigration and baggage process, and a delay never costs you your car or changes your fare.
Send one WhatsApp message with your route and date, and your private car, driver and fixed fare are confirmed before you board your flight.
