How we handle the details you share with us when booking a transfer.
When you contact UmrahRide VIP, we receive the information needed to run your transfer: your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, travel dates, flight numbers where relevant, and passenger and luggage details. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are stored as part of your booking thread.
Your details are used only to quote, book and operate your transfers — including sharing the necessary pickup details with your assigned driver — and to respond to changes you request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use booking details for unrelated marketing.
Your driver receives your name, pickup point, destination and contact number so the pickup works. Drivers are instructed to use this information only for your journey.
Booking records are kept for a reasonable period for accounting and repeat-booking convenience. You may ask at any time, via WhatsApp or phone, what information we hold about you and request its deletion; we will action such requests promptly.
